Changes of Adolescents’ Psychological Resilience in China (2008-2020): The Perspective of Cross-temporal Meta-analysis

  • Abstract: This study conducted a cross-temporal meta-analysis of the mental resilience of Chinese adolescents, including 368 literatures from 2008 to 2020, involving 263,816 adolescents, and collected social macro indicators during the period. Research has found that: (1) Overall, the psychological resilience level of Chinese adolescents does not change with the passage of time. Among them, the psychological resilience level of malesremains unchanged, while the psychological resilience level of females shows a moderate downward trend. (2) Overall, the psychological resilience of adolescents is significantly correlated with the population growth rate three years ago and the growth rate of juvenile delinquency as a percentage of criminal offenses that year, but not with the indicator of residents’ consumption level. There is no significant correlation between gender and any of the three social indicators. This study explores the changing trends in the psychological resilience of Chinese adolescents over the past 13 years, and conducts corresponding analysis based on indicators of macro social development. It proposes possible future research directions and intervention suggestions, providing theoretical ideas and practical basis for intervening and regulating the psychological resilience of Chinese adolescents.本研究对中国青少年心理韧性进行横断历史元分析,纳入2008年至2020年间的368篇文献,涉及263816名青少年,同时收集其间的社会宏观指标。研究发现:(1)整体上我国青少年的心理韧性水平不随年代变化而变化,其中男生心理韧性水平不变,而女生心理韧性水平呈中等下降趋势。(2)整体上青少年心理韧性与3年前的人口增长率、当年的青少年犯罪占刑事犯罪比例增长率都呈显著相关,但与居民消费水平指标没有显著相关性。性别在三个社会指标上均不存在显著相关。本研究探究了我国青少年心理韧性近13年的变迁趋势,结合社会宏观发展的指标进行了相应分析,提出了未来可能的研究方向及干预方式建议,为干预调节我国青少年心理韧性提供了理论思路与实践依据。

绘画疗法在国内大学生心理健康干预中的效果研究:一项基于随机对照实验的元分析

  • Abstract: Using meta-analysis to explore the effectiveness of painting therapy in mental health interventions for domestic college students and its important moderating variables. Through literature collection and screening, there were a total of 10 articles and 25 effect sizes. The results indicate that painting therapy has a significant intervention effect on mental health. Subgroup analysis showed that different intervention indicators, intervention time, and different intervention methods had significant moderating effects. The intervention effect of painting therapy on self-indexes is significant, but the intervention effect on emotions is not significant. The intervention effect is better when the intervention time is less than 8 weeks than when it is more than 8 weeks. In addition, the effect of comprehensive art therapy that includes painting is superior to other intervention methods. The research results provide a relatively accurate estimate of the effectiveness of painting therapy in mental health interventions for domestic college students.本研究运用元分析方法探究绘画疗法在国内大学生心理健康干预中的效果及其调节变量。通过文献收集和筛选,共纳入10篇文献、25个效应量。结果表明,绘画疗法对大学生心理健康具有显著的干预效果。亚组分析结果显示,不同的干预指标、干预时间以及不同干预手段对干预效果具有调节作用。绘画疗法对自我的干预效果显著,但对于情绪的干预效果并不显著。干预时间低于8周的干预效果优于8周以上。此外,使用包含绘画的综合性艺术治疗的效果要优于其他干预手段。研究结果为绘画疗法在国内大学生心理健康干预中的效果提供了较为系统且全面的参考。

  • Abstract: This study explores the potential value and challenges of microlectures in the development of psychological measurement courses. As a teaching method based on the short, efficient, and focused delivery of specific knowledge points, microlectures have gained widespread application in education with the rapid advancement of information technology in recent years. This paper first briefly reviews the development of microlectures. Then, in conjunction with instructional design theory, it analyzes the application value of microlectures in psychological measurement courses, particularly in enhancing the understanding of theoretical knowledge, promoting the mastery of practical skills, improving personalized learning, and flexibly managing teaching resources. The paper also identifies challenges faced during the application of microlectures, such as the high demands of course design, differences in the technical proficiency of teachers and students, and issues related to the evaluation of learning outcomes. Finally, the paper suggests future directions for improvement, including the integration of blended learning models, the professional development of teachers, and enhanced interactive feedback, to better achieve the deep integration and wider application of microlectures in psychological measurement courses.本研究探讨了微课在心理测量课程建设中的潜在价值与挑战。微课作为一种基于短时、高效、集中传授特定知识点的教学形式,近年来随着信息技术的迅速发展,在教育领域得到了广泛应用。本文首先简要回顾了微课的发展历程。接着,结合教学设计理论,分析了微课在心理测量课程中的应用价值,尤其是在增强理论知识理解、促进实践技能掌握、提升学生个性化学习以及灵活管理教学资源等方面的优势。同时,文章也指出了微课应用过程中面临的挑战,如课程设计要求高、教师和学生的技术水平差异以及学习效果的评估问题。最后,本文提出了混合式教学模式结合、教师专业发展以及增强互动反馈等未来改进方向,以期更好地实现微课在心理测量课程中的深度融合和应用推广。

绘画疗法对中学生心理健康的干预效果:一项基于RCT的Meta分析

Effect of Painting Therapy on Mental Health of Middle School Students: A Meta-analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

  • Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of painting therapy on middle school students’ mental health and its influencing factors by taking the randomized controlled trials (RCT) as the analysis object. Methods: More than 10 domestic and foreign databases, such as CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Web of Science, PubMed, Scoupes, MEDLINE, APA psyclnfo, were searched, and 735 original literatures were obtained. After screening, 28 literatures were included. Finally, 182 extracted data were analyzed by stata17.0. Results: (1) Due to the large heterogeneity (Q=1967.81, p<0.001, I2=90.80), the random effect model was used to combine the effect sizes. The results showed that the effect sizes of painting therapy was a positive large effect (g=0.90). Sensitivity analysis showed that the pooled estimate was relatively robust. (2) Painting therapy had a positive effect on four kinds of outcomes: emotion (g=1.61) , cognition (g=0.78) , behavior (g=0.65) and self (g=0.88) , and there was a significant difference among them (Q=20.38, p<0.001); The intervention on self-esteem (g=0.76) , anxiety (g=1.18) , depression (g=1.29) and aggression (g=0.69) also had positive effects, but there was no difference among the four (Q=3.476, p=0.324). (3) Painting therapy has a positive effect on the Ordinary participants (g=0.67) , subjects with psychological problems (g=1.13) and physiological diseases (g=0.59) , and there was a significant difference among the three effects (Q=14.556, p=0.001). (4) Both domestic (g=1.14) and foreign research (g=0.70) on painting therapy have positive effects, and the former is greater than the latter (Q=15.60, p<0.001). (5) The time could not significantly predict the intervention effect (B=0.003, t=0.37, p=0.713). Conclusion: The painting therapy has a positive effect on middle school students’ mental health. Future research can focus on the promoting effect of painting therapy on the positive mental quality of middle school students.目的:以随机对照实验(RCT)为分析对象,探讨绘画疗法对中学生心理健康干预的效应量及其影响因素。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普、Web of Science、Pubmed、Scoups、Medline、APA psyclnfo等10多个国内外数据库,获得原始文献735篇,经过筛选纳入文献28篇,最后采用Stata17.0对提取的182条数据进行分析。结果:(1)因效应量间异质性大(Q =1967.81, p<0.001,I2=90.80),采用随机效应模型合并效应量,结果显示绘画疗法的效应 量为积极的大效应(g=0.90),敏感性分析说明合并效应量较为稳健;(2)绘画疗法对情绪( g=1.61)、认知(g=0.78)、行为(g=0.65)和自我(g=0.88)四类指标干预都有积极效果,四者间存在显著性差异(Q=20.38,p<0.001);对自尊(g=0.76)、焦虑(g=1.18)、抑郁( g=1.29)与攻击(g=0.69)的干预也都有积极效果,但四者间没有差异(Q=3.476,p =0.324);(3)绘画疗法对一般(g=0.67)、有心理问题(g=1.13)和有心理疾病(g=0.59)三类被试的干预都有积极效果,且三者效应存在显著差异(Q=14.556,p=0.001);(4)国内(g=1.14)和国外(g=0.70)研究绘画疗法都有积极效果,前者大于后者(Q=15.60,p <0.001);(5)干预时间不能显著的预测干预效果(B=0.003, t=0.37,p=0.713)。结论:绘画疗法在中学生心理健康领域的干预有积极效果,未来研究可着重关注绘画疗法对一般中学生积极心理品质的促进作用。

抑郁症的房树人绘画特征研究

A Study on Characteristics of HTP in Depression

  • Abstract: Objective: To tell the difference of HTP (House-Tree-People), a projective test in which one need draw house, tree and people, between Depression and people with mental health. Method: 30 depressive patients as well as 30 subjects with psychological health were tested with HTP. Results: Eight HTP characteristics, namely, no exquisitely portrayed and decorated roof, stunted tree, no flower, no window, the bifurcate crown, character with opened mouth, no any action and the depiction of the four limbs, were difference between depressed patients and control group. In addition, three of these characteristics which were no window, character without action, bifurcate crown can be used to build the high accuracy rate of Logistic regression equation. Conclusion:HTP was an practicable clinical diagnostic tools for depression.目的:研究抑郁症患者和普通人的房树人绘画特征的差异。方法:对确诊的抑郁症患者 30 人和对照组 30 人共 60 人实施房树人绘画测试。结果:(1)卡方检验显示抑郁组和对照组有 8 项绘画特征存在显著差异,为屋顶无细致刻画与修饰、树木矮小、无花朵、人物的口为张开的、四肢刻画不清晰、无窗口、人物无动作和树冠分叉。(2)以 8 项达到显著性差异水平的绘画特征为自变量,以是否为抑郁症患者为因变量,构建Logistic 回归方程,最终无窗口、人物无动作和树冠分叉 3 项特征回归系数达到显著性水平,且该回归方程的预测正确率达到 80%。结论:房树人绘画测试可作为抑郁症临床诊断的参考工具。
