What Mental Health Popular Science Content Do College Students Need? — A Grounded Theory Analysis Based on College Students’ Cognition

  • Abstract: To address the question of “what content college students most need in mental health popular science”, an “open-ended questionnaire” survey was conducted among 778 college students. Based on the grounded theory research paradigm, the collected qualitative texts were subjected to three-level coding, and the following conclusions were drawn: (1) The core content of mental health popular science resources, includes seven aspects, namely interpersonal interaction skills, emotional cognition and management, emotional management and counseling, stress coping methods, basic psychological cognition, academic support and guidance, and self-cognition development; (2) The essential content that mental health popular science resources should cover can be ultimately categorized into three dimensions: cognitive construction, core application, and practical guarantee.围绕“大学生对心理健康科普最需要的内容有哪些”这一问题,对778名大学生开展了“开放式问卷”调查。基于扎根理论研究范式,对收集的质性文本进行三级编码,形成如下结论:(1)心理健康科普资源的核心内容包含7个方面,分别为人际互动技巧、情绪认知管理、情感管理疏导、压力应对方法、心理认知基础、学习支持指导、自我认知发展;(2)心理健康科普资源应涵盖的内容,最终可归纳为认知构建、核心应用、实践保障三大维度。

家庭功能与网络利他行为的关系:公我意识和情绪智力的链式中介作用

The Relationship between Family Function and Online Altruistic Behavior: The Chain Mediating Role of Public Selfconsciousness and Emotional Intelligence

  • Abstract: This research is intended to explore the effect of family function on college students’ online altruistic behavior and the mediating role of public self-consciousness and emotional intelligence. Family Adaptation and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACESⅢ) , Internet Altruistic Behavior Scale, Public self-consciousness Scale, Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale were adopted. A questionnaire survey was conducted among college students by using the random sampling method, and 427 valid data were collected. Results: (1) There were significant positive correlations between family function, online altruistic behavior, public self-consciousness and emotional Intelligence; (2) Family function can directly influence the online altruistic behavior of college students; (3) Between family function and online altruistic behavior, public self-consciousness and emotional Intelligence played a mediating role alone or jointly. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Family function can not only directly affect college students’ online altruistic behavior, but also indirectly affect it through public self-consciousness and emotional Intelligence.本研究旨在探讨家庭功能对大学生网络利他行为的影响,以及公我意识和情绪智力的中介作用。采用家庭亲密度与适应性量表、大学生网络利他行为量表、公我意识量表和情绪智力量表,运用随机抽样法对大学生进行问卷调查,采集有效数据427份。结果显示:(1)家庭功能、网络利他行为、公我意识、情绪智力两两之间均呈显著正相关;(2)家庭功能可以直接影响大学生网络利他行为;(3)在家庭功能与大学生网络利他行为之间,公我意识和情绪智力既单独发挥中介作用,也共同发挥链式中介作用。基于此,本研究得出结论:家庭功能既能直接影响大学生网络利他行为,也能通过公我意识和情绪智力间接影响大学生网络利他行为。

心智化治疗对青少年非自杀性自伤行为的干预效果

Efficacy of Mentalization-based Treatment for Non-suicidal Self-injury in Adolescents

  • Abstract: Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) in adolescents has emerged as a critical public health concern. A growing body of research has applied Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) to treat adolescent selfharm behaviors. This study systematically examines the therapeutic efficacy of MBT to inform clinical practice. We collected randomized controlled trials (RCTs) evaluating the effectiveness of MBT in treating adolescent NSSI and assessed methodological quality using the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool. Seven articles were included, analyzing the effects of distinct MBT protocols on outcomes including self-harm behaviors, depressive symptoms, interpersonal patterns, and comorbid conditions such as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Limitations and future research directions were also synthesized. Results suggest MBT holds promise in reducing NSSI in adolescents, but its superiority over alternative psychological interventions necessitates further empirical validation.青少年非自杀性自伤已成为亟待解决的公共卫生问题。越来越多的研究者将心智化治疗(MBT)应用于青少年自伤行为的治疗中,本研究系统考察其干预效果,为临床实践提供指导。通过收集应用MBT干预青少年非自杀性自伤的随机对照试验(RCT)相关文献,采用Cochrane协作网的RCT偏倚风险评价标准对文献进行质量评价。研究共纳入7篇文献,从MBT不同干预方案对青少年非自杀性自伤行为、抑郁症状、人际模式及边缘型人格障碍(BPD)等症状的干预效果展开阐述,并总结其局限性和未来可能的研究方向。本研究说明MBT干预有助于改善青少年非自杀性自伤行为,但是否优于其他心理干预措施仍需进一步验证。

  • Abstract: To address the question of “What are the most important characteristics of mental health popular science resources?”, an open-ended questionnaire survey was conducted among 778 college students. Based on the grounded theory research paradigm, the qualitative texts collected were coded at three levels, leading to the following conclusions: (1)The most prominent features of “mental health popular science resources” are 13 in total, namely “vivid and interesting”, “useful”, “close to life”, “easy to understand”, “authentic”, “practical”, “attractive”, “universal”, “healthy”, “positive”, “participatory”, “interactive”, and “in line with interests”. (2) The features that “mental health popular science resources” should possess can ultimately be summarized into three major aspects: “content features”, “form features”, and “dissemination features”.围绕“心理健康科普资源最重要的特征有哪些”这一问题,本研究对778名大学生开展了开放式问卷调查。基于扎根理论研究范式,对收集来的质性文本进行三级编码,形成如下结论:(1)“心理健康科普资源”最主要的特征有13个,分别为“生动有趣”“有用”“贴近生活”“易懂”“真实”“切合实际”“吸引人”“普遍性”“健康”“积极”“参与性”“互动性”“符合兴趣”。(2)“心理健康科普资源”应具有的特征,最终可归纳为“内容特征”“形式特征”“传播特征”三大方面。

老龄数字弱势群体权利的法理保障

  • Abstract: In the digital era, the rights of the elderly digitally disadvantaged groups are in a dilemma, and the right to information, the right to privacy, and the right to social development cannot be guaranteed. From the jurisprudential basis, the jurisprudential sources of the rights of the elderly digitally disadvantaged groups include the three aspects of safeguarding human dignity, guaranteeing digital human rights, and promoting the traditional virtues of respecting the elderly. In order to seek a relief path for the rights of the elderly digitally disadvantaged groups, the causes of the dilemma of protecting the rights of the elderly digitally disadvantaged groups should be analysed from the perspective of social structural factors and the factors of individual ability and psychological characteristics. Finally, specific relief paths are proposed to protect the rights of the elderly digitally disadvantaged groups, firstly, relying on the legal empowerment to improve the digital rights protection system, and secondly, the synergy of multiple subjects to build an all-round social security network.在数字时代背景下,老龄数字弱势群体存在权利保障困境,知情权、隐私权、社会发展权等难以得到保障。从法理基础上看,老龄数字弱势群体权利的法理渊源包括维护人格尊严、保障数字人权、弘扬尊老敬老的传统美德三个方面。为寻求老龄数字弱势群体权利的救济路径,应当先从社会结构性因素和个体能力与心理特征因素两方面出发分析老龄数字弱势群体权利保护困境的生成原因。最后提出具体的救济路径以保障老龄数字弱势群体的权利,包括两方面:一是依托法律赋能,完善数字权利保障体系;二是多元主体协同,构建全方位的社会保障网络。
