Abstract: Training high-quality talents is the core of the development of primary education. The study starts from the perspective of the new liberal arts, compares and analyzes the differences between traditional liberal arts education and new liberal arts education, reveals the necessity of educational reform and theoretical support construction, understands that the cultivation of primary education professionals in local universities must focus on innovative curriculum design and teaching content, as well as strengthening educational internships and practices, and discovers effective practical strategies such as case-based teaching method and promoting learning through competitions. Finally, by evaluating the improvement of teaching quality and students’ comprehensive quality, the effectiveness of the talent cultivation quality improvement project was verified, and the future development direction and goals were predicted.培养高素质人才是小学教育专业发展的核心。本研究从新文科视域出发,对比分析了传统文科教育与新文科教育之间的区别,揭示了教育改革和理论支撑建构的必要性,了解到地方高校小学教育专业人才培养必须聚焦于课程设置与教学内容的创新以及教育实习与实践的加强,发现了案例教学法、以赛促学等有效实践策略。最终,通过评估教学质量与学生综合素质的提升,验证了人才培养质量提升工程的成效,展望了未来发展方向与目标。
Abstract: This study delves into the cultivation of primary school generalist teachers in ethnic minority regions. It begins by analyzing the current situation of structural imbalance among primary school teachers in these regions and its causes, while elucidating the importance and urgency of cultivating generalist teachers. Subsequently, the study proposes a cultivation pathway for generalist teachers among pre-service education majors in primary education, focusing on two aspects: curriculum design and teaching, as well as educational internships and practical ability enhancement. Additionally, the study discusses the professional development of primary school teachers and the enhancement of their generalist abilities, including in-service teacher training for generalist competencies and the establishment of policy support and incentive mechanisms. Corresponding strategies are also put forward for the construction of the rural primary school teacher workforce and the cultivation of generalist teachers. Finally, by strengthening the promotion and education of the generalist teacher profession, as well as enhancing the interest and enthusiasm of pre-service teachers in generalist teaching, the study aims to foster their understanding and acceptance of the role of generalist teachers.本研究针对民族地区小学全科教师的培养进行了深入探讨。首先分析了民族地区小学教师结构性失调的现状及其成因,阐释了全科教师培养的重要性与迫切性。接着,从课程设置与教学、教育实习与实践能力提升两个维度,提出了小学教育专业师范生全科教师的培养路径。此外,还就小学教师专业发展与全科能力提升进行了探讨,包括在职教师的全科能力培训及政策支持与激励机制的构建。针对农村小学教师队伍的建设与全科教师培养,本研究也提出了相应的策略。最后指出需通过加强全科教师职业宣传与教育,以及提升师范生对全科教学的兴趣与热情,来增进师范生对全科教师的认知与认同。

Abstract: Social psychology is the core course of Applied psychology. Through the study of this course, students can understand the basic theoretical knowledge of Social psychology and the psychological and behavioral laws of individuals in social situations. There are many problems in the traditional teaching of Social psychology in the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods and evaluation methods. Based on the concept of OBE, this study puts forward some ideas for the construction and reform of Applied psychology courses.社会心理学是应用心理学专业的核心课程,通过该课程的学习,使学生了解社会心理学的基本理论知识以及个体在社会情境中的心理和行为规律。社会心理学传统教学中在教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、评价方式等方面存在诸多问题。文章以OBE理念为核心针对社会心理学课程提出了相应的应用心理学专业课程建设与改革思路。
