• 摘要： 目前国内的跨境电商在互联网的背景下正在如火如茶的迅速成展和壮大，随着跨境电商产业规模的逐步扩大，企业对跨境电商人才的需求也日益增强，苏州大学应用技术学院的国际经济与贸易专业根据最新的市场需求。结合经贸优势和电商技能，工学结合，能力递进的教学模式为基础，从人才培养目标、专业定位、人才培养模式。课程教学模块及校企合作等多方面进行了分析。从而解决了跨境电商人才缺口的现实问题。
• At present, the domestic cross-border e-commerce in the background of the Internet is such as fire and tea rapidly into the exhibition and growth, with the gradual expansion of the scale of cross-border e-commerce industry, the demand for cross-border e-commerce talent is also increasing, the international economy and trade major of the School of Applied Technology of Soochow University according to the latest market demand. Based on the teaching mode of combining economic and trade advantages and e-commerce skills, combining work with study and progressive ability, the training objective, professional positioning and training mode of talents are studied. The course teaching module and school-enterprise cooperation and other aspects are analyzed. Thus, the practical problem of talent gap of cross-border e-commerce merchants is solved.
