• 摘要： 人是企业生存和发展第一要素，而对于以销售服务产品为主的酒店，人的作用则显得更为重要。作为经济型酒店，人力资源的培养有其自身的特点。而现阶段我国经济型酒店正处于发展的初期，缺乏专业人才已经成为制约其发展的瓶颈，因此，我国要大力发展经济型酒店，就必须重视经济型酒店的人才培养。
• People are the first element of enterprise survival and development,and the role of people is more important for hotels that mainly sell serviceproducts. As an economical hotel, the cultivation of human resources has itsown characteristics. At present, the economy hotel in our country is in theearly stage of development, and the lack of professional talents has becomethe bottleneck of its development. Therefore, in order to vigorously developeconomy hotel in our country, we must pay attention to the talent training ofeconomy hotel.
