Abstract: This paper summarizes the present situation of cement concrete pavement design and application in Europe and AmericaThe main problems in the design and construction of cement concrete pavement in China and the key technologies to be improved. 综述欧美水泥混凝土路面设计使用现状，通过与我国水泥混凝土路面工程实践的对比分析，指出了我国水泥混凝土路面设计施工中的主要问题和需要改进的关键技术。
