Responsible Editor
Responsibilities
- Assist the editorial board in journal editing work, including coordinating the review process and making editorial decisions on manuscripts, and handling communication among all parties involved in the publication process.
- Assist guest editors in planning special issues.
- Maintain relationships with the editorial board, authors, and reviewers.
- Check manuscripts according to the journal's layout requirements to improve the quality of the manuscripts.
Requirements
- A master's degree; no restrictions on majors.
- Familiarity with academic journal publishing knowledge. Those who have published papers as the first - author are preferred.
- Proficiency in using MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and paying attention to details.
- Strong self - motivation and the ability to bear a certain amount of work pressure.
Typesetting
Requirements
- A college degree or above; no
restrictions on majors.
- Proficiency in using MS Office software
(Word) and PDF.
- Preference will be given to candidates
with experience in typesetting for journals, magazines, or publishing houses.
- Preference will be given to candidates
who can use relevant graphic design software such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW,
Illustrator, InDesign, and MathType.
Responsibilities
- Complete the monthly typesetting of
manuscripts according to the journal's layout, and carry out subsequent tasks
including compiling the table of contents, making revisions, checking proof -
sheets, and archiving.
