SCISCAN Publishing is mainly engaged in the publication and distribution of international open access journals. The journal covers a wide range of disciplines, including engineering and technology, mathematics and physics, humanities and social sciences, information science, economics and management, medicine and health, agriculture, and the earth environment. The platform makes use of the concepts of the Internet and modern information technology. Based on the research needs of major universities and research institutions, it endeavors to promote the knowledge exchange and dissemination within the academic community.

Open Access Policy
All research papers, reviews, and other
content on SCISCAN Publishing are fully open and available for readers to read,
download, disseminate, and reuse for free, which is known as "open
access". Open access means that the literature can be freely accessed in
the public network. Any user can read, download, copy, transmit, print, search,
hyperlink to the literature, create an index for it, and use it as input data
for software or for any other legal purposes. Users are not restricted by
financial, legal, or technological barriers when using the literature. They
only need to maintain the integrity of the literature when accessing it. The
only restriction on its reproduction and transmission, or the sole function of
copyright, should be to enable the author to control the integrity of their
work and ensure that the work is accurately received and cited.
Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to the journals
on SCISCAN Publishing (including research papers, review articles, and invited
papers) undergo rigorous expert and peer review. Upon receiving a manuscript,
the responsible editor of the journal conducts an initial check to determine
its suitability for the journal. The editorial department then organizes peer
reviews by independent experts and collects at least two review reports for
each manuscript. Before making a final decision, we may ask our authors to make
appropriate revisions (and conduct a second round of peer review if necessary).
The final decision is made by the editorial board (usually the chief editor of
the journal or the guest editor of a special issue). Accepted articles are
finally typeset, proofread, and published on the official website of the
journal.
Publication Ethics
SCISCAN Publishing firmly opposes any form
of academic misconduct. Academic misconduct such as plagiarism, fabrication,
falsification, appropriation, fraud, or the use of multiple different
signatures will not be tolerated once discovered. The platform prohibits
duplicate submissions or simultaneous submissions of the same manuscript to
multiple journals. After an article is submitted to SCISCAN Publishing, the
journal's editorial department will promptly inform the author whether the
article can be accepted. Do not submit the article to other journals before
receiving a clear response from the editorial department. Authors shall bear
full responsibility for any disputes arising from issues such as plagiarism,
fabrication, falsification, appropriation, fraud, or copyright problems caused
by themselves.
