• Abstract: In recent years, under the background of steady development of social economy, China's construction industry has shown a rapid development trend. BIM Technology, as a typical representative of a new type of technology, provides great convenience for front-line construction workers. If BIM Technology can be applied in construction bidding in advance, the technical scheme of bidding document will be more clear and easy to understand at a glance, which will greatly increase the support rate of bid evaluation judges and improve the probability of winning the bid. Therefore, based on the brief introduction of the traditional bidding mode, this paper further analyzes the specific application and effect of BIM Technology in the construction project bidding, in order to provide an effective basis for improving the efficiency of the construction project bidding. 近年来，在社会经济稳步发展的背景下，我国建筑工程事业呈现出了快速发展的趋势。BIM 技术作为一个新型技术手段的典型代表，为一线建筑施工人员作业提供了极大的便利。若能在施工招投标时提前应用 BIM 技术，使投标文件的技术方案更清楚易懂、一目了然，将大大增加评标评委的支持率，提高项目的中标概率。因此，文章在简述传统投标模式的基础上，进一步分析BIM 技术在建筑工程投标中的具体应用及效果，以期为建筑工程投标工作效益的提升提供有效依据。
