公路运输业的企业版权保护

• 摘要： 作为国家基础性产业的组成单位，公路运输企业现代化程度的高低直接影响着我国的社会进步与经济发展。虽然公路运输企业的版权保护问题现下仍处于大众关注的视野之外，但是版权保护作为现代化程度风向标之一的地位和作用却是毋庸置疑的。论述中国公路运输企业版权保护的重要性，并对此方面存在的缺陷等问题进行探讨，提出了一系列相应对策：包括提高领导阶层版权保护意识、建立专门版权管理部门培养相关人才、加强对广告创意的版权保护以及注重公路运输业的网络版权保护等。
• as a unit of national basic industry, the modernization degree of highway transportation enterprises directly affects the social progress and economic development of our country. Although the copyright protection of highway transportation enterprises is still out of the public's attention, the status and role of copyright protection as one of the weather vane of modernization is beyond doubt. This paper discusses the importance of copyright protection in China's road transport enterprises, and discusses the problems in this regard, and puts forward a series of corresponding countermeasures, including improving the awareness of copyright protection of the leadership, establishing a special copyright management department to train relevant talents, strengthening the copyright protection of advertisingcreativity, and paying attention to the network copyright protection in the road transport industry.
