Abstract:
For many deficiencies that exist in induction motor rotor bar broken
faults and stator winding faults diagnosis, a method based on instantaneous power
decomposition via wavelet packet was introduced. By analyzing the instantaneous
power decomposition and characteristic of the faults frequency, the double faults
model was built. The node characteristic of faults frequency was extracted using
wavelet packet, and the faults were diagnosed using the node rate. Simulations show
that the instantaneous power decomposition includes rich information about the
double faults, and the wavelet packet analysis can easily extract the characteristic of
the faults. The RMS rate can be used to diagnose the double faults. This method is
effective, and easily to be used in engineering.
针对感应电动机转子断条和定子匝间短路双重故障诊断存在诸多不足
之处,提出用小波包分解单相瞬时功率(IPD)的故障诊断方法。以单相瞬时功
率为研究对象,建立转子断条和定子匝间短路双重故障模型。通过IPD频谱分析,
验证故障特征频率;用小波包变换分解 IPD 信号得到节点系数的变化情况,计
算节点系数的均方根值变化率。仿真结果证明双重故障特征频率在 IPD 频谱中
表现明显,小波包变换后得到的节点系数均方根值(RMS)变化率可以诊断故障。
利用小波包分解 IPD 信号诊断双重故障,方法简单可行,为双重故障诊断提供
了新的方法思路。
