• 摘要： 在人脑数以1000亿计的神经细胞基础上产生的异常精神活动,与人体任何一个器官的疾病相比,都要显得复杂而深不可测。这不仅是因为探索人类大脑的手段有限,而且人体的精神活动不但受到自身生物学规律的制约,也受到外界自然和社会环境的调控。因此,到目前为止,人类对精神障碍的认识还几乎处于隔靴搔痒的状态,尤其是有关它的致病机制、客观诊断、高效治疗三个最为重大的临床科学问题至今还没有取得关键性的突破。
• Compared with the diseases in any organ of the human body, the abnormal brain are complex and unfathomable. This is not only due to the limited means to explore the human brain, but also the human body's mental activities are not only restricted by its own biological laws, but also regulated by the external natural and social environment. So far, people's understanding of mental disorders is still in a state of scratch, especially the three most important clinical scientific problems of its pathogenic mechanism, objective diagnosis and efficient treatment have not yet made a key breakthrough.
