• 摘要： 复杂医疗环境使医生面临多方面的压力和挑战。积极心理学以一种欣赏性、开放性目光去审视人类内在的正向潜能和行为动机等，突出强调心理学应该为普通人的身心健康与生活质量给予技术支持。当前积极心理学集中研究人类积极情绪和体验、积极个性特征、积极心理过程，从而弥补了消极心理学研究的不足。 面对来自社会和医疗自身的各种消极情绪，务必要以积极心理激励、积极临床共情和积极心态调整构建和谐的医疗环境，从而促进现代医学的发展。
• The complex medical environment makes doctors face various pressures and challenges. Positive psychology examines the inner positive potential and behavioral motivation of human beings with an appreciative and open vision, and emphasizes that psychology should provide technical support for the physical and mental health and life quality of ordinary people. At present, positive psychology focuses on the study of human positive emotions and experience, positive personality characteristics and positive psychological process, thus making up the deficiency of negative psychology research. In the face of all kinds of negative emotions from the society and medical treatment itself, it is necessary to build a harmonious medical environment with positive psychological stimulation, positive clinical empathy and positive attitude adjustment, so as to promote the development of modern medicine.
