• 摘要： 目的 : 探讨脑干梗死的临床表现特点及总结诊治经验。方法：45 例 脑干梗死临床诊断治疗分析及结合文献回顾。结果脑干梗死由于病因、闭塞 血管数目及部位的不同，临床表现各异，具备典型脑干损害表现者 26 例（占 57.8％），部分患者可无脑干损害典型的临床表现（占 42.2％），头颅 MRI 与 CT 比较对于颅底结构的影像表达有一定的优势。结论 : 脑干梗死患者的诊治需 要临床医师具备一定的神经解剖学知识，治疗方面一定要求做到具体病例具体 分析，神经科定位定性准确，全面治疗，并且最好结合 MRI 检查，治疗过程中 对患者加强心理辅导。
• Objective: to explore the clinical features of brain stem infarction and summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment. Methods: clinical diagnosis and treatment of 45 cases of brain stem infarction and literature review. Results there were different clinical manifestations of brain stem infarction due to different etiology, number and location of occlusion vessels. There were 26 cases (57.8%) with typical brain stem lesion, and some patients had no typical clinical manifestations of brain stem lesion (42.2%). Conclusion: the diagnosis and treatment of patients with brain stem infarction requires the clinician to have certain neuroanatomical knowledge, the treatment must be specific case specific analysis, accurate positioning and qualitative neurological department, comprehensive treatment, and the best combination of MRI examination, to strengthen the psychological counseling of patients in the treatment process.
