• 摘要： 目前阶段，我国社会政治经济不断进步，并始终寻求改革与新发展，为了更好的实现全国的发展，就需要各区域地方的共同努力。财经管理主要是利用财政管理，将其作用在经济的发展过程中。财经管理可以算是国家经济发展的核心，同时对财政的管理也是积极推进国家经济发展的重要方式。因此，需要在发展与变化的新时期，积极的找出国家新的发展途径，对地方财经管理进行强化，积极的推动地方的发展与进步。
• At present, China's social, political and economic progress, and always seek reform and new development, in order to better achieve the national development, it needs the joint efforts of all regions. Financial management is mainly the use of financial management, its role in the process of economic development. Financial management can be regarded as the core of national economic development, while financial management is also an important way to actively promote national economic development. Therefore, in the new period of development and change, it is necessary to actively find out new national development ways, strengthen local financial management, and actively promote local development and progress.
