• Abstract: When the offline sales channel is blocked, many manufacturers have introduced the cooperation of Internet celebrities to expand the online sales channel. Behind the seemingly booming network with the wave of goods, the web celebrity economy has caused the abnormal fluctuation of the market value of listed companies, which has a certain influence on the operation of the capital market. Taking Mengjie stock as an example, this paper analyzes the wealth effect brought by internet celebrities to the listed companies, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the listed companies to join hands with internet celebrities from the perspectives of listed companies, investors and regulators. 在线下销售渠道受阻时，许多厂商纷纷引入网红合作，扩展线上销售渠道。在看似欣欣向荣的网络带货浪潮的背后，网红经济却造成了上市公司市值异常波动，对资本市场运作产生了一定的影响。本文以“梦洁股份”为例，对网红经济给上市公司带来的财富效应进行分析，并从上市公司视角、投资者视角和监管者视角对上市公司携手网红提出了相应建议。
