• 摘要： 模块化教学模式具有灵活性、目的性和较强的实践性等特点和优势，较好地解决了管理学课程在独立学院传统教学模式中的许多问题，如碎片化学习问题， 理论教学与实践教学的衔接问题等。管理学课程模块化教学，有利于学生自主学习能力的培养，有利于师资水平的提高，是独立学院应用型人才培养目标的 需要。
• Modular teaching mode has the characteristics and advantages of flexibility, purpose and strong practicality, which can solve many problems in the traditional teaching mode of management courses in independent colleges, such as fragmented learning, the connection between theory teaching and practice teaching, etc. The modular teaching of management course is conducive to the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability and the improvement of teachers’ level, which is the need of the training goal of applied talents in independent colleges.
