• 摘要： 我国自1983年开始对公共场所、食品以及化妆品从业人员实行健康证明制度，实行这一制度为完善我国的卫生法律法规，推动和加强对从业人员的健康管理，预防某些传染病的流行，保障人民健康起到了积极有效的作用，但是在具体的工作中，仍然存在一些问题需要解决，如：不同的法规对职业禁忌的规定不一致，健康证明的有效时限不一致，健康证明不能实现全国互相认可等，需要在未来的工作中加以规范。
• In China since 1983, food and cosmetics for public employees shall practice a system of health certificate, for this system to perfect our health laws and regulations, promote and strengthen the health management of the personnel, the popularity of prevent certain infectious diseases, safeguard people's health has played a positive role, but in specific work, There are still some problems to be solved, for example, different regulations have inconsistent provisions on occupational taboos, the validity time limit of health certificates is inconsistent, and the health certificates cannot realize national mutual recognition, etc., which need to be regulated in future work.
