探析现代化学实验室的安全管理问题

• 摘要： 现代高校化学实验进行化学类实验教学和科研研究的场所，它的安全 运行关系到学校教学、科研工作的正常开展，对整个学校的安全和稳定至关重 要，是建设平安校园、构建和谐社会的重要保障。本文结合高校化学实验室的 特点及安全隐患可能存在的原因分析，提出了化类科研实验室保证安全的五项 管理措施：完善规章制度，落实实验室安全责任制；加强安全教育和技能培训； 严格执行实验室准入制度；严格执行分类存放化学危险品制度；设立安全设施， 配备充足的消防器材。上述措施的认真执行和实施不仅对强化科研人员的安全 意识有着重要的作用，而且对培养高校学生的科学素养直到积极的推动作用。
• The safe operation of chemical experiment teaching and scientific research in modern university chemistry experiment is very important to the safety and stability of the whole school. It is an important guarantee for the construction of safe campus and harmonious society. Based on the characteristics of chemical laboratories in Colleges and universities and the possible causes of potential safety hazards, this paper puts forward five management measures to ensure the safety of chemical research laboratories: improving the rules and regulations, implementing the safety responsibility system of laboratories, strengthening safety education and skill training, strictly implementing the access system of laboratories, strictly implementing the system of classified storage of dangerous chemicals, and establishing safety facilities, Sufficient fire fighting equipment shall be provided. The serious implementation and implementation of the above measures not only plays an important role in strengthening the safety awareness of scientific researchers, but also plays a positive role in promoting the scientific literacy of college students.
