Abstract:
采用液液微萃取与气相色谱 / 质谱法联用技术建立了测定水样中四乙
基铅的方法。同时还对萃取溶剂进行选择,结果表明:选择了二氯甲烷作为萃
取溶剂,氯化钠加入量 10 g,该方法检出限为 0.03 μg/L,线性范围为 0.20~10.0
μg/L,线性相关系数为 0.9999,测定饮用水源水和地表水中的四乙基铅,加标
回收率为 89.5% ~ 101.7% ,相对标准偏差为 3.7% ~ 5.9% 。
A method for the determination of tetraethyl lead in water by liquid -
liquid extraction coupled with gas chromatography /mass spectrometry ( GC/MS)
was established. Extraction solvent was optimized,The result showed that,CH2Cl2
was selected as extraction solvent,the amount of sodium chloride added was 10 g.
Under the optimum conditions,the limit of detection was 0.03 μg /L,the calibration
graph was linear in the range of 0.20~10.0 μg /L, with the correlation coefficients of
0.9999. The recoveries of the method were 89.5%~101.7%,and the relative standard
deviations ranged from 3.7%~5.9% 。
