  • 摘要: 通过对不同密度的硼铝复合材料进行起泡试验,得出了各材料的吸水率, 发现不同密度材料的吸水率差异极大,并且吸水率只有在一定范围(10 -3 量级) 内,材料才有可能起泡,这不同于美国电力研究院所得结果。起泡原因可能是 铝粉被硼酸溶液腐蚀,产生氢气后因内部压力超过芯体和包壳的结合强度,随 后导致塑性变形和起泡。
  • Blister test of B4C-Al composite materials with different density were completed and the rate of water absorption was calculated. The results reveal that the difference on the rate of water absorption is significant, and the bubble occurs only when the rate of water absorption is in a specific range, which is different with the result of EPRI. The reason of blister may be that the pressure of hydrogen produced in the corrosion reaction exceeds the bonding of clads and core, subsequently plastic deformation would take place and blister formed.
