Abstract:
In order to prepare a water-absorbent antibacterial preservative that can prevent fruits and vegetables from rot, this thesis uses 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) as a functional monomer to prepare modified acrylic water-absorbing resin by aqueous solution polymerization. The experimental results Show: when the amount of acrylic acid (AA) is 23%, the degree of neutralization is 63%, and the amounts of AMPS, crosslinking agent and initiator are 22%, 0.04% and 0.6% of the amount of AA, the performance of the prepared water-absorbent resin is the best , Its liquid absorption rate in distilled water increased from 1920g/g before modification to 2800g/g after modification. The modified PAA superabsorbent resin was mixed with the antibacterial Chinese herbal medicine powder to prepare a water-absorbing antibacterial preservative. The results of the fruit and vegetable preservation experiment showed that the preservative can quickly absorb the water mist generated by the temperature difference of the fruit and vegetable, and prevent the surface of the fruit and vegetable from condensation, thereby Extend the storage period of fruits and vegetables to achieve the purpose of preservation and preservation. The water-absorbing resin + Chinese herbal medicine composite water-absorbing antibacterial preservative prepared in this paper has market application prospects.
为了制备能防止果蔬腐烂的吸水抗菌保鲜剂,本论文以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为功能单体,采用水溶液聚合法制备改性丙烯酸吸水树脂。实验结果显示:当丙烯酸(AA)用量为23%,中和度为63%,AMPS,交联剂和引发剂用量分别为AA用量的22%,0.04%和0.6%时,制备的吸水树脂性能最佳,其在蒸馏水中的吸液倍率从未改性前的1920g/g提高到改性后的2800g/g。将改性聚丙烯酸(PAA)高吸水树脂与具有抗菌作用的中草药粉末混合制备吸水抗菌保鲜剂,果蔬保鲜实验结果显示:该保鲜剂能快速吸收果蔬因温差产生的水雾,防止果蔬表面结露,从而延长果蔬储存周期,达到保鲜的目的。本文制备的吸水树脂+中草药复合吸水抗菌保鲜剂具有市场应用前景。
