Abstract:
In order to develop an anti-dew and bacteriostatic fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping agent, the modified polyacrylic acid (PAA) absorbent resin was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization using 2-acrylamide-2- methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS)containing strong hydrophilic groups as modifier. The results showed that when the acrylic acid was 23%, and the AMPS, crosslinker and initiator were 13%, 0.05% and 0.7% of AA mass, respectively, the absorbent ratio of the modified PAA resin in deionized water reached 3247g/g. It can be seen that the AMPS modification can improve the water absorption capacity of PAA resin. A fruit preservative with water absorption and antibacterial function was prepared by combining Coptis coptis extract with water absorbent resin. The experimental results showed that the preservative could reduce the amount of condensation, improve the shelf life of fruits and vegetables, and reduce the rate of fruit loss. The results can provide a reference for the research of fruit preservative and a new idea for the expansion and application of absorbent resin.
为开发一种抑露抑菌的果蔬保鲜剂,本论文以含有强亲水基团的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为改性剂,采用水溶液聚合方法制备了改性聚丙烯酸(PAA)吸水性树脂。结果表明,当丙烯酸为23%,AMPS、交联剂和引发剂分别为AA质量的13%、0.05%和0.7%时,制备的改性PAA吸水树脂在去离子水中的吸液倍率达3247g/g。由此可见,AMPS改性能提高PAA树脂的吸水能力。通过将黄连提取物与吸水树脂复合,制备出具有吸水和抗菌功能的水果保鲜剂,并对葡萄和番茄等果蔬进行了保鲜和抑菌实验。实验结果表明,该保鲜剂能抗菌、减少结露量,提高果蔬的保质期,降低水果损耗率。其研究结果可为水果保鲜剂的研究提供参考,也为吸水树脂的拓展应用提供一个新思路。
