• Abstract: The course of pelvic inflammatory disease is generally long, and it is easy to be affected by external factors. In clinic, western medicine uses antibiotics, while traditional Chinese medicine uses oral medicine and traditional Chinese medicine enema to treat pelvic inflammatory disease. In the process of nursing, people-oriented and dialectical nursing can provide patients with safe, assured and satisfactory quality services. 盆腔炎病程一般较长，易受外界因素影响，反复发作，临床上西医应 用抗生素，中医采用辨证论治应用中药口服和中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎。护理过程 中以人为本，辨证施护，可以为病人提供安全、放心、满意的优质服务。
