• 摘要： 目的：探究甲状腺功能亢进并发周期性麻痹的临床护理干预研究。方法： 回顾性分析 2018 年 2 月—2019 年 2 月我院收治的 40 例甲状腺功能亢进并发周 期性麻痹病人临床护理资料。结果：所有病人均经补钾治疗，并给予相关护理 干预，均治愈归转，顺利出院。结论：对甲状腺功能亢进并发周期性麻痹病人 加强临床护理干预，针对性防范，可有效控制血钾浓度，降低周期性麻痹发作率， 促进病人早期康复。
• Objective: To explore the clinical nursing intervention of hyperthyroidism complicated with periodic paralysis. Methods: retrospective analysis of the clinical nursing data of 40 cases of hyperthyroidism complicated with periodic paralysis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019. Results: all the patients were treated with potassium supplement, and given relevant nursing intervention, all recovered and successfully discharged. It can effectively control the blood potassium concentration, reduce the attack rate of periodic paralysis and promote the early recovery of patients.
