Abstract: This paper firstly analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise benefit audit evaluation, and then discusses some problems to be solved in the state-owned enterprise benefit audit. 文章首先分析了企业效益审计评价存在的问题，进而探讨了开展国有企业效益审计应解决的若干问题。
