某三甲医院2016—2018年基本药物使用情况分析

• 摘要： 目的：分析某三甲医院2016—2018年基本药物使用情况，根据分析数据发现存在问题，寻求解决方案，节约医疗资源。方法：根据《国家基本药物目录》（2012年版），利用Excel统计方法从品种数、销售金额和药品价格等方面分析该院2016—2018年基本药物使用情况。结果：该院基本药物品种数维持在330～350种，销售金额占全院药品销售金额比例在14%～15%。结论：该院基本药物使用基本合理，但仍存在使用不足的现象。
• Objective: Analyzing the use of basic drugs in a tertiary a hospital, to find out the specific problems and countermeasures to promote the preferential use of basic drugs. Methods: According to the National Basic Medicine Catalogue (2012 edition), analyzing the 2016-2018 year basic drug consumption which is based on the number of varieties, sales amount and drug price. Results: The number of basic drugs in the hospital remained at 330~350, and the sales amount accounted for about 14~15% of the total sales amount. Conclusion: The sales amount of basic drugs in this hospital cannot meet the requirements of the national health and family planning commission.
