中医护理人才培养思考

On the Cultivation of Nursing Talents in Traditional Chinese Medicine

• 摘要： 中医护理在我国历史悠久，但目前中医护理教育体系则存在地区差异， 中医护理发展相对滞后，尚未在全国形成统一的中医护理培养与实践模式。中 医护理的专科性在于其理论与技术的专业性，其能弥补西医护理未涉及与无法 解决的问题。中医护理的应用不仅仅是技术，同时也在向患者传递中医养生保 健思想，提升患者的生活质量。文章基于中医护理专科人才培养，从中医护理 院校基础教育、专科培养模式和临床实践应用三个方面进行探讨。
• Traditional Chinese medicine nursing has a long history in China, but at present, there are regional differences in the education system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing is relatively backward, and a unified training and practice mode of traditional Chinese medicine nursing has not been formed in the whole country. The specialty of traditional Chinese medicine nursing lies in the specialty of its theory and technology, which can make up for the problems that are not involved in and cannot be solved by western medicine nursing. The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing is not only technology, but also the transmission of traditional Chinese medicine health care ideas to patients to improve the quality of life of patients. Based on the training of nursing professionals in traditional Chinese medicine, this paper discusses the basic education, training mode and clinical practice of nursing colleges in traditional Chinese medicine.
