• 摘要： “肢厥”是以手足不温、四肢逆冷为主要临床表现的一类病症，中医学对厥证的认识源远流长。何渝煦教授认为临床上因湿热阻遏所致“肢厥”的患者并不少见，其通过辨体与辨病、辩证相结合，运用黄连温胆汤加味调治湿热阻遏所致“肢厥”取得良效，笔者对其经验进行总结并分析，以期为临床辨治“肢厥”提供新思路。
• Limb Syncope is a kind of disease whose main clinical manifestations are non-temperature of hands and feet and reverse cold of limbs, and the understanding of syncope syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine has a long history. Professor He Yuxu believes that clinical patients with “limb syncope” caused by damp-heat repression are not uncommon. Through the combination of body differentiation, disease differentiation and dialectics, Huanglian Wendan decoction has achieved good results in the treatment of “limb syncope” caused by damp-heat repression. The author summarizes and analyzes his experience in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of “limb syncope”.
