• Abstract: Objective: to analyze the clinical value of Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods:67 patients with chronic urticaria from August 2015 to August 2016 were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin, and the experimental group was treated with piminxiao capsule and compound glycyrrhizin. The therapeutic value of the twogroups was analyzed retrospectively. Results: compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) in the decrease of symptom score in the experimental group, and the total effective rate in the experimental group was 94.12% after treatment, which was statistically significant(P<0.05) compared with 78.79% in the control group. Conclusion the clinical effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin of piminxiao capsule in the treatment of chronic urticaria is significant and can be popularized. 目的：分析皮敏消胶囊复方甘草酸苷应用于慢性荨麻疹患者治疗中的临床价值。方法：选取 2015 年 8 月 -2016 年 8 月期间收治的慢性荨麻疹患者 67例，分为两组，对照组采用复方甘草酸苷治疗，试验组采用皮敏消胶囊结合复方甘草酸苷治疗，回顾性分析两组治疗的价值。结果：试验组治疗后症状积分的下降程度与对照组对比差异显著 (P<0.05)，且试验组治疗后以后的总有效率为94.12％，与对照组的 78.79％比较差异存在统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论皮敏消胶囊复方甘草酸苷用于慢性荨麻疹治疗中的临床效果显著，可推广。
