• 摘要： 当前，农村是全面建成小康社会的短板、农业现代化是现代化建设的短腿、农民能否同步实现小康是全面建成小康社会的关键。落实乡村振兴战略，必须把农业农村农民问题作为关系国计民生的根本性问题来抓，坚持农业农村优先发展，按照产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总要求，加快推进城乡融合发展，加快农业农村现代化步伐，大力培育农业农村发展新动能。
• at present, the countryside is the short board of building a well-off society in an all-round way, agricultural modernization is the short leg of modernization construction, and whether farmers can realize well-off society synchronously is the key to building a well-off society in an all-round way. In order to implement the strategy of rural revitalization, we must take the problem of agriculture and rural farmers as a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood. We should give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas. We should speed up the integration of urban and rural development, accelerate the pace of agricultural and rural modernization, and vigorously cultivate new driving forces for agricultural and rural development.
