- 摘要： 治沟造地是在黄土高原丘陵沟壑区开展的一项增良田、保生态、惠民生的系统工程。本文以延安市南泥湾治沟造地土地整治项目为例，对该项工程实施过程中的设计与管理工作进行分析总结，为该地区治沟造地工程的实施提供参考价值。
- The Gully Control and Land Reclamation is a systematic project of strengthening the fields, preserving the ecology and benefiting the people's livelihood in the hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau. Taking the Nanniwan Gully Control and Land Reclamation project in Yan' an as an example, this paper analyzes and summarizes the design and management of the project during the implementation process, and provides reference for the implementation of the trench ditch project in the region.
