浅论乡村振兴战略的意义

• 摘要： 乡村振兴战略是解决新时代三农问题的新指针和整体性治理的新方略，而乡村文化振兴也是乡村振兴的题中之义。在文化治理视角下阐述乡村文化振兴与乡村振兴的多重价值目标耦合，发现乡村文化产业振兴与产业兴旺目标耦合、乡村伦理文化复兴与乡风文明目标耦合、乡村自治文化重建与治理有效目标耦合、乡村农耕文化复兴与生态文明目标耦合。进而提出，应通过优化乡村公共文化服务体系，完善乡村农耕文化传承体系，建构乡村现代文化产业体系，创新乡村现代文化治理体系，加快推进乡村文化振兴，为乡村振兴战略的实施提供文化推力和精神动力。
• Rural revitalization strategy is a new guideline to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in the new era and a new strategy for overall governance, and rural cultural revitalization is also the meaning of rural revitalization. Under the cultural governance perspectives in this paper, the revitalization of rural culture and rural revitalization of the multiple value target of coupling, found that rural cultural industry revitalization and prosperous industry target coupling, rural ethical cultural Renaissance target coupled with local custom civilization, village autonomy culture reconstruction and governance effective coupling, rural farming culture revival and ecological civilization target coupling. Furthermore, it is suggested that we should optimize the rural public cultural service system, improve the rural farming culture inheritance system, construct the rural modern cultural industry system, innovate the rural modern cultural governance system, accelerate the rural cultural revitalization, and provide cultural impetus and spiritual power for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
