试论乡村旅游可持续发展的新出路

• 摘要： 乡村旅游可持续发展虽然已经是各方达成的共识，但在实践中却面临重重困难。其主要障碍包括不平等的权力关系、话语权缺失、定位与导向有问题以及技术和管理落后等。因此，解决乡村旅游可持续发展的根本出路就在于政治变革、经济重构、社区参与及政府的重新定位。
• Although the sustainable development of rural tourism has been a consensus reached by all parties, but in practice, it faces many difficulties. The main obstacles include unequal power relations, lack of discourse power, problems in orientation and guidance, and backward technology and management. Therefore, the fundamental way to solve the sustainable development of rural tourism lies in political reform, economic reconstruction, community participation and government repositioning.
