1. Specialized in applied mathematics-related disciplines; rigorous academic attitude, with over 5 years of relevant work experience, certain influence in the field, strong organizational and social skills, and enthusiasm for the journal’s work. 

2. Familiar with the journal’s characteristics and developments, willing to review manuscripts objectively and fairly, and able to complete tasks carefully and rigorously within deadlines.
