- Abstract: This paper applies Satir’s family psychotherapy integrated with a humanistic orientation to evaluate and conduct case conceptualization for the client. Based on a full understanding of how the client is influenced by the parent-child interaction in the original family, psychological counseling is provided for a client suffering from complex post-traumatic stress disorder, and certain curative effects are achieved, laying the foundation for the client to further engage in counseling in the future.本文为运用萨提亚家庭心理治疗整合人本主义取向，对来访者进行评估和个案概念化的案例报告。在充分理解当事人如何受原生家庭亲子互动影响的基础上，对1例复杂性创伤后应激障碍的来访者开展心理咨询，取得了一定疗效，为来访者未来进一步咨询奠定了基础。

- Abstract: Our country attaches great importance to the mental health of college students. As a key intervention method, psychological counseling has been paid more and more attention by the society. In recent years, painting psychotherapy has gradually been applied in college psychological counseling due to its unique artistic therapeutic properties and its hidden and interesting characteristics. Practical application has shown that painting psychotherapy can effectively improve the effectiveness of psychological counseling. This article focuses on exploring the application advantages of painting psychotherapy in college psychological counseling, aiming to provide a new approach for contemporary college psychological counseling and improve the mental health level of college students.我国高度重视大学生的心理健康，心理咨询作为关键的干预手段，越来越受到社会的广泛关注和重视。近年来，绘画心理疗法因其独特的艺术治疗属性以及带有隐蔽性、趣味性的特点，逐渐被应用于高校心理咨询中。实践应用表明，绘画心理疗法能够有效提升心理咨询效果。本文侧重于探究绘画心理疗法在高校心理咨询中的应用优势，旨在为当代高校心理咨询提供一种新的思路，提高大学生心理健康水平。
