  • Abstract: Cultivating a positive attitude towards life among college students is not only crucial for personal physical and mental development, but also has a profound impact on social harmony and progress. This article delves into the connotation and importance of a positive attitude towards life among college students, as well as the current situation and challenges faced by life education in Chinese universities. It proposes a series of strategies to cultivate a positive attitude towards life among college students, including optimizing teacher resources, integrating curriculum design, exploring multi-party linkage resources, and using evaluation tools, in order to promote their healthy growth and success.培养大学生的积极生命态度,不仅对个人的身心发展至关重要,也对社会的和谐与进步有着深远的影响。本文深入探讨了大学生积极生命态度的内涵、重要性,以及我国高校生命教育面临的现状和挑战,并提出了一系列培养大学生积极生命态度的对策,如优化师资力量、整合课程设置、挖掘多方联动资源、运用评估工具等方面,以期促进大学生健康成长与成才。

  • Abstract: Based on the current situation and existing problems of college students’ life education in my country, the article expounds the necessity and feasibility of integrating the concept of positive psychology into college students’ life awareness education, and proposes that college students’ life awareness education from the perspective of positive psychology should focus on helping students view life correctly, mastering survival skills, building a positive thinking mode, connecting individual positive life experience, building a life education system project, and creating an all-round life education space and other follow-up directions.本文基于我国大学生生命教育现状及现存问题,阐述了将积极心理学理念融入大学生生命意识教育的必要性和可行性,并提出立足积极心理学理念创新大学生生命意识教育要着力帮助学生正确看待生命,掌握生存技能,构建积极思维模式,联结个体积极生命体验,构建生命教育系统工程,打造全方位生命教育空间等推进方向。
