• 摘要： 土木工程项目管理是一个系统且复杂的过程，做好这项工作有利于工程施工合理、科学、有序地实施，对于保证工程建设质量和建设进度具有重要作用。本 文结合实践经验从质量、进度和安全管理三方面对加强土木工程项目管理的措施进行简要论述，以期为我国土木工程建设管理活动提供有益借鉴。
• Civil engineering project management is a systematic and complex process, do this work is conducive to the reasonable, scientific, orderly implementation of engineering construction, to ensure the quality of construction and construction progress has an important role. The paper briefly discusses the measures to strengthen civil engineering project management from three parties based on practical experience: quality, progress and safety management, in order to provide beneficial reference for our country’s civil engineering construction management.
