- Abstract: In today’s international community, the importance of Africa’s trade issues has become increasingly prominent. In the face of the proposition that non trade issues should be brought under the jurisdiction of the WTO system, developing countries should resolutely resist it. Assuming that non trade issues will be absorbed into the jurisdiction of WTO system in the future, developing countries should also strive to protect their rights and interests by actively participating in the WTO treaty negotiations. 当今国际社会中非贸易问题的重要性日益凸显。面对将非贸易问题纳 入 WTO 体制进行管辖的主张，发展中国家当前应该坚决抵制。假设未来 WTO 体制将非贸易问题吸收管辖，发展中国家也应当力图通过积极参与 WTO 条约 谈判的方式来维护自身的权益。
