• Abstract: According to the provisions of the civil code on the protection of personal information, the article clearly stipulates that natural persons have the corresponding personality rights and interests on personal information. Based on this, according to the provisions of the code on the right of personal information, the author analyzes the basic concept, legal attribute, function and significance of legal protection of personal information one by one, and puts forward some superficial suggestions, in order to provide some reference for the relevant research. 依据颁布的《民法典》有关个人信息保护的法律条文来看，该法条明确的规定了自然人对个人信息享有相应的人格权益。基于此，根据该法典对个人信息权的规定，笔者于是从个人信息的基础性概念、法律属性、法律保护的功能及意义等方面进行逐一分析，并提出几条粗浅的建议，以期能对相关研究提供一定的参考。
