摘要：法是统治阶级意志的表现，是维护统治阶级的一种工具或手段。怎样更好地发挥这一工具的最大效能，是每一个国家必须解决的问题。在当今知识界对“科学”和“技术”的界定汗牛充栋，纷繁多样，但是对这两者与法的关系的探讨还不充分。本文就试图从社会学的角度分折“科学”“技术”与“法”之何的内在联系。对怎样正确理解和对待三者的关系做了尝试性的探讨。
Law is the expression of the will of the ruling class, and is a tool or means to maintain the ruling class. How to make the best use of this tool is a problem that every country must solve. In today's intellectual circles, the definition of "science"and "technology"is numerous and diverse, but the discussion on the relationship between them and law is not enough. This paper tries to analyze the internal relation between "science","technology"and "law"from the Angle of sociology. This paper tries to discuss how to correctly understand and treat the relationship of the three.
