• Abstract: The general idea of law teaching method reform is to increase the proportion of practical teaching. Case teaching method, moot court teaching method and second classroom teaching method are all beneficial methods that have been explored and tested in practice for a long time, and should be applied and promoted in teaching practice. Legal educators should strengthen the reform of teaching methods, constantly deepen the reform of legal teaching, improve the quality of teaching, and train high-quality legal talents. 法学教学方法改革的总体思路是加大实践性教学比重。案例教学法、模拟法庭教学法和第二课堂教学法都是在实践中长期摸索出来并得到检验的有益方法，应当在教学实践中得到应用和推广。法学教育工作者应当加强教学方法改革研究，不断深化法学教学改革，提高教学质量，培养高素质法律人才。
