Abstract:
The basic mode of metal bonding is that the exchange valence electrons are
alternately applied between adjacent atoms. Based on this, the electron structures of
the acceptor in metals, semiconductors and insulators are studied, and the relationship
between the structures and the conductivity of the above materials is discussed.
