As the stage of after-school training, the quality of after-school sports training in primary and secondary schools directly affects the reserve of sports talents in China. Research shows that there are several issues in the after-school sports training in Taigu District of Jinzhong City, such as insufficient funding, imperfect facilities, lack of high-level coaches, unclear training objectives, difficulty in guaranteeing training time, and conflicts with academic studies.
