- 摘要： 本文对我国健全统一司法鉴定管理体制的基本历程进行了简要回顾，以两办发布的《实施意见》为基础概述了健全统一司法鉴定管理体制的基本内容。并从四川省的视角出发，总结出四川省在健全统一司法鉴定管理体制的实践过程中所取得的成效以及所面临的问题，反思造成这些问题的根本原因，并提出一些可行的对策以供四川省及其他省市在制定《实施意见》施行方案时参考。
- This paper briefly reviews the basic process of perfecting the unified judicial expertise management system in China, and summarizes the basic contents of improving the unified judicial expertise management system based on the "implementation opinions" issued by the two offices. From the perspective of Sichuan Province, this paper summarizes the achievements and problems in the practice of improving the unified judicial expertise management system in Sichuan Province, reflects on the root causes of these problems, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures for Sichuan Province and other provinces and cities in formulating the implementation plan of the implementation opinions
