• Abstract: As the main force in maintaining public order in our country, public security organs need to guard against various unstable factors in the society during the critical period of social transformation and crack down on illegal and criminal behaviours, and therefore they are under greater pressure to maintain stability. With the rapid development of Internet technology, data research and judgment technology based on information data has brought great convenience to our daily study and life through the screening and analysis of massive information. Similarly, the in-depth application of data research and judgment technology by public security organs can also open up a new idea for combating, preventing and controlling crimes. At this stage, the construction of "smart public security" based on data research and judgment technology has become the goal of my country's public security system reform. 公安机关作为维护我国社会治安的主力军，他们在社会转型的关键时期需要防范社会中的各类不安定因素，打击违法犯罪行为，因而承受着较大的维稳压力。伴随着互联网技术的迅猛发展，以信息数据为基础的数据研判技术通过对海量信息的筛选与分析为我们日常学习和生活带来了极大的便利。同样，公安机关对数据研判技术的深度应用也能够为其打击和防控犯罪开辟一条新的思路，现阶段以数据研判技术 为基础的“智慧公安”建设已经成为我国公安系统改革的目标。
