• 摘要： 公安学与公安技术作为两门年轻的一级学科，在其设立初始就有着浓厚的交叉学科色彩。自2012年教育部批准设立公安学与公安技术学为一级学科以来，学科建设取得了一定成效。然而，面对社会发展的专业化创新的需要，公安学科的发展还不能满足这种变化的要求。为此，通过对公安学科发展的历史、 现状、存在的主要问题进行梳理；在科学建设交叉性特点的基础上，借助范式理论分析公安学科过去发展的经验，探讨未来的学科发展方向，尤其是“新学科”建设的发展显得十分必要。
