• 摘要： 在现代诉讼中，科学技术与诉讼证据深度融合形成的科学证据致使法庭和法官一度陷入难审查的困境，以审判为中心的诉讼改革迫切需要探索一种新的科学证据审查模式。本文通过分析我国科学证据审查模式的运行样态，提出当前审查模式的缺陷与不足，并从多维度分析重塑我国科学证据审查模式的必要性，借鉴两大法系中科学证据审查的优点，为我国科学证据审查提供新的思路与方法，同时为深入探索我国科学证据审查提供有力保障。最终回应司法实践新需求，促进我国科学证据审查制度的完善与审判公正。
• In modern litigation, the scientific evidence formed by the deep integration of science and technology and litigation evidence once plunged the courts and judges into the dilemma of difficult review. The trial centered litigation reform urgently needs to explore a new model of scientific evidence review. By analyzing the operation of China’s scientific evidence review model, this paper puts forward the defects and deficiencies of the current review model, and then analyzes the necessity of reshaping China’s scientific evidence review model from multiple dimensions. Learn from the advantages of scientific evidence review in the two legal systems, provide new ideas and methods for China’s scientific evidence review, and conduct in-depth exploration to provide a strong guarantee for China’s scientific evidence review, in order to respond to the needs of judicial practice and promote the perfection of China’s scientific evidence review system and judicial justice.
