新时代背景下提升我国司法公信力路径探究

• 摘要： 良好司法公信力具有维护司法权威、培育法律信仰、促使公民守法和促进社会诚信体系建设等价值功能。从司法自身的内在要求而言，良好司法公信力的形成有赖于司法主体、司法过程和司法结果等三个方面。要以加强司法队伍建设、建立健全司法工作机制、提高司法的社会参与度等为突破口来推动良好司法公信力在我国的形成。下文将首先介绍司法公信力存在的价值以及构成要素，其次就当前我国司法公信力的发展现状提出相应的改进意见，希望能够对于未来司法公信力发展建设带来帮助。
• Good judicial credibility has the value functions of maintaining judicial authority, cultivating legal beliefs, promoting citizen’s compliance with the law and promoting the construction of social integrity system. In terms of the inherent requirements of justice itself, the formation of good judicial credibility depends on three aspects: the judicial subject, the judicial process and the judicial outcome. It is necessary to promote the formation of good judicial credibility in China by strengthening the construction of the judicial team, establishing a sound judicial working mechanism and increasing the social participation of the judiciary as a breakthrough. The following article will firstly introduce the value of judicial credibility and its constituent elements, and secondly put forward corresponding improvement opinions on the current development status of judicial credibility in China, hoping to bring help to the future development and construction of judicial credibility.
