大小不符的手套印痕研究

• 摘要： 近年来随着犯罪分子反侦察能力的不断增强，同时在报刊、电视、网络和媒体宣传的影响下，犯罪分子的作案手段日趋狡猾，戴手套作案是其中表现之一。戴手套作案增加了现场勘查人员对于犯罪现场痕迹 物证提取的难度，在实际工作中，甚至还会出现嫌疑人戴着与自己手的大小不符合的手套的情况存在。 针对大小不符的手套印痕的成痕特征及变化规律，本课题做了深入研究。本文先对不同材质的手套材料特点、使用范围及花纹特征进行介绍，后收集不同材质、不同尺码的手套，进行穿戴大小合适的手套、 小手戴大手套、大手戴小手套的捺印实验，观察各种状态下形成的手套印痕的特点，然后对三种手套印痕进行比对分析，总结其变化规律，为大小不符的手套印痕研究提供理论依据。
• In recent years, with the continuous enhancement of anti-detection ability of criminals, and under the influence of newspapers, television, Internet and media publicity, criminals have increasingly cunning means of committing crimes, which is one of the manifestations when wearing gloves. Glove crime increases the difficulty for scene investigators to extract the traces and evidence of crime scene. In the actual work, even the size of the hand worn by the suspect is not consistent with his own. In this paper, through the simulation experiment on the small hand wearing big gloves, big hand wearing small gloves, the characteristics of the size of the glove prints are analyzed, and the change rule is summarized, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of camouflage glove prints.
